Stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Lackland AFB, San Antonio for a few days and had a mixed experience. the hotel staff were accommodating, but there were issues with room reservations and housekeeping. However, the free breakfast was a highlight. The location was convenient, just minutes away from Lackland AFB, which was great for our visit. the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and any maintenance issues were promptly addressed. Despite some hiccups, the staff were friendly and the hotel had a nice pool area. the complimentary breakfast was a plus, and the hotel's proximity to popular attractions made exploring San Antonio easy. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement. the hotel's remodeling efforts and thoughtful gestures like snacks in the room show potential for a better experience in the future.
